Meet Margaret

Margaret Henderson, MS, is the Chief Operating Officer at Streamline Wellness Center. 

In her role, Margaret is responsible for managing the Human Resource component by verifying employee licenses and certifications to ensure they meet role requirements. Margaret also assists providers with becoming credentialed with insurance companies by managing applications and required documentation. Her work supports compliance while helping staff stay authorized to deliver services at Streamline Wellness Center

Margaret holds a Master of Science degree in Human Services with a specialization in Counseling from Capella University and has 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Over the past 8 years, she has served in leadership roles, developing new programs and improving revenue performance. She has also successfully led multiple audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

The hidden culture of the music community and inclusivity is Margaret’s favorite part of Richmond, VA. She loves going to festivals, museums, and programs offered throughout the city. Margaret loves trying new foods and experiences at the various festivals, museums, and events offered for everyone!
