Session topics can include…

  • Coping with school, work, and relationships

  • Mitigating the effects of trauma and abuse

  • Managing anxiety, depression, and other social and emotional challenges

  • Addressing substance use

  • Mental health services and substance use services are conducted in partnership with the Richmond Juvenile Detention Center
